Dev Accelerator Limited (DevX) is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO).
A trusted provider of managed office spaces and coworking environments that cater to startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.
The company’s offerings span managed office spaces, coworking spaces, design and execution services (via subsidiary Neddle and Thread Designs LLP), payroll management, facility management, and IT/ITeS services (through Saasjoy Solutions Private Limited).
DevX offers flexible, fully serviced workspaces designed to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Operating across 28 locations in 11 cities, DevX manages over 860,000 square feet of workspace and supports more than 250+ enterprise customers with scalable office solutions and premium amenities.
This IPO comprises a fresh issue of 2.35 crore equity shares priced within ₹56 to ₹61 per share, aiming to raise approximately ₹143.35 crore.
The company’s strategic expansion plan includes opening new centers in Surat, Gujarat, and its first international branch in Sydney, Australia.
