About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, curious intern to join our business development team. If you're good at research, comfortable with outreach, and want to learn how real sales pipelines are built—this is for you.

What You’ll Work On

• Build high-quality prospect lists based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), i.e, list building and building strong databases for outreach.
  
• Identify key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and more
  
• Enrich data and maintain lead accuracy across our CRM and spreadsheets
  
• Assist in outbound campaigns through email and LinkedIn
  
• Track outreach performance and learn what makes messaging land
  
• Support the BD team in qualifying leads and setting up initial calls
  

Skills We're Looking For

• Strong research and internet navigation skills
  
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo (or similar)
  
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation
  
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  
• Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  
• Bonus: prior experience with outbound tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, etc.)
  

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or related field
  
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
