Just like there is no perfect human being, the same goes for your job. There is no dream job; in fact, that is a day dream. Real life is about problems, things getting uncertain, and you feeling bored doing the same work every day. Don't chase that dream job, instead chase those challenging work adventures & overcome them.
3. Learn to manage your critic
You can sometimes be so hard on yourself, not realizing how far you have come, having achieved so much. Manage that inner critic, keep it on bay. Don't led negative thoughts lead you into a cycle of worthlessness. Recognize the negative pattern that your inner critic keeps you in, and manage it with self-talk by reminding yourself that things are not as bad as they seem, or one negative thing can not determine your self-worth. Do this as a conscious exercise and turn your critic into a good friend.
