Don't abruptly end users trial period! Instead send reminders and gradually introduce time-based features during the trial period to make the transition smoother. Zendesk sends trial expiration notifications with links to special offers or discounts, so users don’t feel blindsided and are more likely to continue with the paid plan. Good idea, indeed!
