In one of the books on execution, it is rightly mentioned that "In the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of business, ideas and strategies are abundant, but the ability to execute them effectively is what sets successful organizations apart" —  Don't be such a company. Execute your ideas, and that will differentiate you from others.


2. Reward high commitment in your team

There are only a few people who take up ownership, and those who do are the ones who drive your company's growth. Recognize those efforts and reward their outstanding performance. It will motivate them immensely and build loyalty.

3. Chase depth over distractions
