1. Don't just talk ideas, but also execute them
If everybody is talking about ideas, then who is actually doing the task? In one of the books on execution, it is rightly mentioned that "In the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of business, ideas and strategies are abundant, but the ability to execute them effectively is what sets successful organizations apart" — Don't be such a company. Execute your ideas, and that will differentiate you from others.
2. Reward high commitment in your team
There are only a few people who take up ownership, and those who do are the ones who drive your company's growth. Recognize those efforts and reward their outstanding performance. It will motivate them immensely and build loyalty.
3. Chase depth over distractions
These days, distraction has become the norm, doing everything that the world does and following the trends, the buzzwords. Shoot away those distractions, and instead go in depth and offer services focusing on your core strengths and expertise. Stay on the tracks, don't get sidetracked :)
